Cheyenne Bus Company is USDOT licensed for interstate travel, maintains required auto liability insurance, and complies with federal motor vehicle safety standard (FMVSS). All drivers have CDL-P rated licenses.


Smoking is not permitted. Drivers will accommodate requests to stop for smoke breaks outside the bus.

Illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use or possession, underage drinking of alcoholic beverages, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.

Cheyenne Bus Company is not responsible for delay or termination of service due to traffic conditions, unsafe weather conditions (i.e; ice, snow, tornadoes, etc.) In the event of cancellation of service due to weather no refund will be given but a credit in the amount paid will be given at another time mutually agreed upon.

Cheyenne Bus Company is not liable for mechanical problems but will make up lost time at a mutual agreed time. Damage to any bus, including any sanitation service made necessary due to client’s use of the bus, whether caused by the client, client’s guests, or any other person not employed by Cheyenne Bus Company who enters the bus during client’s rental of the bus, is the full responsibility of the client and will be charged to the credit card on file or will be collected in cash.

Reservations are non-refundable as the client has an absolute guarantee of the booking rendering this time slot unavailable to other clients; however, if you must cancel Cheyenne Bus Company will attempt to rebook this time slot and if successful, a refund will be given, less a $150 service fee. If unsuccessful, a credit voucher will be issued to the client in the full amount for use on a future date.
